Percy, I may be wrong , but I guess your sincere appreciation for volunteers would be the reason you indicated to the Waverley Fall River Beaverbank Volunteer Committee that you could not give a contribution to their appreciation banquet.Instead of reaching in your pocket to contribute personally you chose instead to not contribute at all because you could not get reimbersed due to MLA accounting changes.
