Wow, what a weekend!

The Inner Strength Tae Kwon Do School, Hwy #2, Wellington, was transformed into THE HAUNTED HOUSE OF WELLINGTON this past weekend.

Thursday and Friday saw the parents and students clearing the school of mats, chairs, and anything that did not pertain to scaring the pants off the community! Wooden frames were erected and “rooms” were created. Read more

Mobile Home Residents Distraught Over Park Rules

A number of residents living in the Woodbine Mobile Home Park in Beaver Bank say they are upset over what they claim are unreasonable demands being made of them by their landlord.  To assist mobile home residents in understanding the rules and regulations of the Residential Tenancy Board, and their rights as tenants of a mobile home park, a meeting was arranged by area MLA Percy Paris, and was held in Brown Hall on Oct. 22.
