Amendments to the Residential Tenancies Act proposed

NDP MLA for Waverley-Fall River- Beaver Bank, Percy Paris, recently introduced legislation amending the Residential Tenancies Act to prevent mobile home park landlords from unreasonably or arbitrarily impeding the sale of a mobile home.“I have become overwhelmed with complaints from mobile home owners in my riding,” said Paris. “The common complaint from these homeowners is the frustration they feel when it comes to selling their home.”
