Mrs. Carrie Yorke, Fall River, celebrated her 91st birthday on Dec. 28. Mrs. Yorke’s special day was made even more meaningful when she was baptized at St. Thomas Anglican Church in Fall River. Thirteen month old Catherine Lewis was also baptized during the Sunday service. “You see,” said Rev. Marian Conrad, “this just goes to show, it’s never too soon or too late to become a part of God’s church.”

Local Resident Says “Thanks” to Her Community

Local resident Linda Reynolds says she is deeply moved at the kindness shown her by members of her community and beyond. Reynolds suffers from Secondary Progressive MS; she was diagnosed with the disease eight years ago, at the age of 30.
Recently, Reynolds received a new computer, a Sony laptop, thanks to the efforts of Rick Cruse and his wife Debbie – Rick is the pastor of the Fall River Chapel.
