I must agree with Barry, Are the MLAs completely out of touch with the things that are important to the Taxpayers of this riding? Seriously, an article of this nature serves no purpose than to add to the preverbal elephant in the room. An in case any MLAs are reading this and do not understand, the elephant would be the MLA expense scandal. Stop insulting our intelligence, how about a thought provoking article on how the taxpayer funded loans and grants to industry work towards increasing government revenues and expand the workforce of the province.

This is the most significant issue that our MLA can update us on. What about MLA expenses, what about the budget, what about his leader's promise not to raise taxes but to balance the budget, what about the cost of having a legislature including MLA pensions, what about the secret formula used to set gas prices, what about openness and transparency, what about policing issues in our district, what about water issues in our district, what about transportation issue in our district, etc??? I am disappointed, I was expecting more, I was expecting change!
