Spacious new location for Sutton Group – Professional Realty
Fall River, Nova Scotia (D2N) – Dan Chisholm, REALTOR® with Sutton Group – Professional Realty, is pleased to announce he has moved to a new, more spacious location. Formerly located just down the street in the “Chef Jeff “ building, his office is now at 7 Lockview Road., across from Ash Lee Jefferson Elementary School in Fall River. Sutton Group is one of Canada’s largest Real Estate companies, and is the only one of the majors that is Canadian owned and operated.
Dan is in his fourth year of the Real Estate business and is pleased to offer his expertise to clients new and old. “I draw on my experience from 30 years in varying business capacities,” he said.
After living away for a number of years, Chisholm and his family came back to Nova Scotia. “I’ve lived in Fall River with my wife, Betty Lou, and our four sons, Riley, Ben, Alex, and Mack, since 1994. I am passionate about this greater community and feel very good about guiding the residents of the area with their Real Estate needs,” said Chisholm. “I am licensed in the province of Nova Scotia; however I work throughout the HRM with a particular focus on areas of District 2. I particularly enjoy supporting perspective new residents in our community, assisting them in obtaining a suitable and highly favourable lifestyle and focusing on the equity gains that await them.”
Chisholm says a number of factors inspired him to move his business to a larger location. “Demand from my clientèle to provide a comfortable location with all of the equipment and technologies to transact Real Estate business,” was one of the Realtors considerations when deciding to relocate. “I also felt that 7 Lockview Rd. offered a central location with safe and easy access on a very high profile corner in a growth area.” Chisholm says he was drawn to the new premises for a reason all its own. “I must say I enjoy the historical aspects of this prime piece of real estate,” he said.
Chisholm is engaged in the full service transaction of Real Estate, as a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors. “Our services include MLS listing of homes and all related aspects thereof and professionally guiding perspective buyers with their purchases,” said Dan. “My focus is to ensure best value and legal clarity for my clients while taking care of “all” the details and being available essentially around the clock. I am also available to answer any questions readers may have related to Real Estate in the Province. I work with new and seasoned clients, existing and new construction.” Recent testimonials of clients can be viewed on www.FallRiverRealEstate.ca
Dan knows his community well and has enjoyed involvement in a number of projects. He was the Founding President of the Fall River Minor Football Association, and raised the funds and managed the construction of the Lockview Area Ratepayers Association (LARA) tennis facility on Lockview Road. He was also a past Board member of LARA.
Chisholm’s future plans include continuing to grow a full service professional Real Estate practice based out of 7 Lockview Rd. Thus far, relocating the office to its new address has proven to be a positive move – business has doubled. “We’ll grow the business with a continued emphasis on technology and offering the community a distinctive change in the Real Estate experience,” said Chisholm. “My goal is manageable growth with an eye to unmatched service and continued 100% customer satisfaction.”
Work keeps Dan busy. “Real Estate is my work and Real Estate is my hobby,” said Chisholm. “Otherwise I’m a member at Oakfield Golf and Country Club. I haven’t determined what my next significant community endeavour shall be, but stay tuned…”
