There are so many employees tripping over one another that in an attempt to justify their positions they are compelled to continually write and re-write bylaws to the point of absurdity. Is there anyone out there that actually was opposed to the sign at the Rec Centre. By having so many people employed at HRM trying to dream up something to do on a daily basis, the end result is that we are governed and legislated beyond any reasonable limits by unelected employees that do not speak for nor represent the taxpayer.
